Truck Loading and Unloading Requirements

Truck drivers loading Koch Fertilizer (KF) products must wear, at a minimum, the PPE listed below during the loading process. This includes connection, loading, disconnection and handling piping systems. Additionally, drivers must complete required site-specific and general driver orientation training prior to loading.   • Long pants 
  • Sleeved shirt 
  • Full-face air-purifying respirator (FF APR) 
  • Safety-toe shoes 
  • Chemical-resistant gloves 
  • Chemical-resistant outer garment 
  • Hard hat

Urea Ammonium Nitrate (UAN), Ammonium Thiosulfate, Ammonium PolyPhosphate, DEF Grade Urea Solution

  • Long pants 
  • Shirt (long-sleeved recommended) 
  • Closed-toe shoes
